You may submit your abstract under any one of the topics below:
- Cornea and/or Ocular Surface
- Orbital, Oculoplastic and/or Lacrimal Disease
ABSTRACT
Presenting authors can submit one abstract only but can be co-authors of other abstracts. We encourage House Officers and Registrars to submit abstracts for presentation.
- Presenting author title, name, degree, institution, co-authors
- Maximum character limit: 2500
- Languages of submission: English
- Title Format: Abstract titles are limited to 120 characters or less. The title should be dynamic and conclusive, rather than descriptive, and should be entered in a title case format.
- Content Format: Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion
- Supplemental figures/tables/references are not permitted
- Abstracts being submitted must be original research. Any abstract violating copyright laws and/or including plagiarised content will be rejected.
- Submitters may not split one study into several papers.
- Any financial interests or funding sources must be declared
The deadline to submit your abstract online is 30/6/2025.
PRESENTATION
- Keep it simple! Learners are interested in your content. Do not add many transitions, cartoons or copyrighted music or images. Content is the king!
- Keep it short, and complete in 5 minutes.
- There is no restriction on the number of slides or the use of video clips, but the total duration of thepresentation must be limited to 5 minutes.
- Use a 16 X 9 format
REGISTRATION
Registration is compulsory and must be completed by the abstract registration deadline, Monday 30th June,2025 to be eligible to present in the rapid fire session. Registrars are offered a reduced registration rate of $400 to attend the full conference 22-24 August 2025.
